I found the breakfast satisfactory and the range of choices acceptable.
My room had issues. The cleaning was not thorough. I noticed the carpet was not vacuumed well. the shuttle service to the city center was canceled on two days with little notice, so I had to find alternate transport.

The breakfast was really good. A great way to start each day. the staff helped us with directions. This made exploring easier. our room was very clean when we arrived. We felt very comfortable. a definite plus was the quick resolution of a minor issue with the air conditioning!
the street noise at night was noticeable, difficult to fall asleep at times.

the front desk staff helped me a lot, especially yunus. he was a great help. i wanted to stay for a couple nights only, but i extended it to ten days. the hotel is really safe because of the police station just in front, safe location, helpful reception
the hallways did have a cigarette smell sometimes, not nice.

the breakfast offered a great variety with salads, fruits, and egg dishes daily. we especially appreciated the fruit basket we received in our comfortable, large family connected room. daily towel changes and complimentary water bottles were a nice touch. the hotel provided a convenient, free daily bus service to taksim square and kabatas.
google maps provided an incorrect route to the hotel entrance. this made finding the hotel difficult, especially coming from the top of a super dangerous road after rain. the staff could not heat up our food, a little inconvenient.

the personnel were smiling and polite. their service reminded me of a 5-star experience. the staff were cute and eager to accommodate requests, always ready to listen and provide timely assistance.

a supermarket is conveniently located up the stairs next to the hotel. a bus station is also nearby. a large garden overlooking the beautiful sea is great for walking.

The breakfast had diverse choices. I found the omelettes especially amazing!!! i appreciated the cleanliness of the sauna, hammam, turkish baths, and swimming pool. our room had beautiful views, especially over the city.
